Q. Can you provide a translator for non-English speakers?
A. For consultations, we can sometimes provide translation to Spanish. However, generally the client is responsible for providing his or her own translator. The Immigration Court generally can provide translators for all hearings before it.
Q. How much is your initial consultation?
A. Yes, $250 for first hour. The rate is variable thereafter.

A. Yes. Attorneys have a duty of confidentiality. This means all communications between the attorney and the client (whether prospective or current) relating to a given case are kept in strict confidence.
