Q. Do you provide services in other areas of the law as well?
A.  Yes.  We have a strong background in construction litigation and have done all forms of civil litigation including business, employment, and personal injury.  In addition, we also have over 20 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.

Q. Do you handle deportation cases?
A.  No.

Q. Do you provide services for seekers of asylum?
A.  Yes.  On a case-by-case basis, we provide representation to those who are seeking asylum in the U.S. for a variety of reasons.

Q. Do you handle criminal cases?
A.  No, we do not. 

Q. Is there a way for me to check the status of my case with the USCIS?

Q. Is there a way for me to check the current processing times for my case with the USCIS?
A.   You can check the current processing times online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp.

Q. Can you provide a translator for non-English speakers?
A. For consultations, we can sometimes provide translation to Spanish.   However, generally the client is responsible for providing his or her own translator.  The Immigration Court generally can provide translators for all hearings before it.

Q. How much is your initial consultation?
A.  Yes, $250 for first hour.  The rate is variable thereafter.

Q. Do you accept payment plans?
A.  Yes.  Please contact our office for more details.

Q. Do you have a privacy policy regarding the safe keeping of client files?
A.   Yes.  Attorneys have a duty of confidentiality.  This means all communications between the attorney and the client (whether prospective or current) relating to a given case are kept in strict confidence.
